Lee Dunlap was one of the foremen hired by Tony Rosato to oversee his construction sites in Miami, and he was known as a grim taskmaster. His ABF Ltd. Construction Site was a part of Rosato's construction racket, and it was taken over by Trapani crime family boss Dominic Corleone in 1959. Dunlap was forced to pay the Trapanis for protection after being threatened with a Thompson submachine gun.
