
Lauchlin Bethune (15 April 1785-10 October 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-NC 7) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1833, interrupting Edmund Deberry's terms. Born in Fayetteville, he served in the state senate throughout the 1810s and 1820s before serving in Conrgess.
