The Las Anguila raid was conducted by American special forces at the Las Anguilas wreck in Caimanes, Bolivia during Operation Kingslayer.
Major Anthony Perryman and his Ghost Recon squad set out to cripple Patricio Mendez Valle's drug trafficking operation by destroying his fleet of three submarines, which moved the Santa Blanca Cartel's cocaine from the Rio Habana to Florida. Perryman and his team located one of the submarines at the Las Anguila Wreck, a decades-old shipwreck in the swamps of Caimanes. The Americans stealthily cleared the docks before becoming entangled in open combat while moving through the hull of the ship. Perryman eventually located the submarine and destroyed it with a hand grenade, leaving just one submarine left to destroy. Shortly after, the Americans acquired additional intel on Mendez's drug trafficking from a near-bloodless raid on an UNIDAD outpost.
