
Laodice of Parthia (79 BC-38 BC) was the Queen of Parthia as the wife of Orodes II.
Biography[]
Laodice was born in 79 BC, the daughter of King Antiochus I Theos of Commagene, and she was of Greek and Armenian descent. She married King Orodes II of Parthia and became a Queen, and she and her husband were killed in a parricidal massacre carried out by their son Phraates IV in 38 BC.
