Lambeth Bridge is a bridge crossing the River Thames in an east-west direction in central London. It connects Lambeth in the east with Westminster in west, and it was built atop an old horse ferry which give its name to Horseferry Road. The first bridge opened on 10 November 1862, followed by the modern bridge on 19 July 1932.
