Lahiru Gamage (born 1991) was a British Labour politician who lived in Lambeth, London during the 2020s.

Lahiru Gamage was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka in 1991, and he was reprimanded in university for creating a pornographic film, was contacted by a suspected Israeli spy, received a humanitarian award, and entered politics with Labour. He served on the borough council during the 2020s.
