Lagmann Godredsson

Lagmann Godredsson (1094-1110) was King of Sudreyjar from 1103 to 1110, succeeding Magnus Barelegs and preceding Olaf I Godredsson.

Biography[]

Lagmann Godredsson was born in 1094, the son of King of Dyflin and Sudreyjar Godred Crovan. He became King of Sudreyjar after the death of King Magnus Barelegs of Norway, reigning from 1103 to 1110. He took part in the Norwegian Crusade as a member of Sigurdr the Crusader's retinue, and he died on crusade in 1110.
