The La Raza Nation is a Hispanic street gang in Chicago, Illinois that was founded in 1973. The gang was a member of the Folk Nation alliance, but it was rivals with other Folk Nation gangs such as the Gangster Disciples, as well as local gangs such as the Latin Kings. The gang would later spread to New York City, Ohio, Wisconsin, Texas, and the American South, and it was allies with the Folk Nation, Crips, MS-13, Gangster Disciples, Black Disciples, and the 18th Street Gang, and enemies with the Latin Kings, Vice Lords, Four Corner Hustlers, Vatos Locos, and People Nation.
