La Carcel del Pueblo was a prison complex built by the Santa Blanca Cartel in Bolivia's San Mateo Province during the 2010s. La Plaga chose to build a prison in the canyons of rural San Mateo to detain high-level Kataris 26 members and sympathizers, and the base was raided and shut down by American special forces in 2019 during Operation Kingslayer.
