Captured members of La Barredora
La Barredora is a criminal gang based in the Mexican resort city of Acapulco, Guerrero and its surrounding territories, founde din 2010. The group came into existence following the rapid decentralization of the Beltran Leyva Cartel, splitting off from the main cartel and becoming involved with drug trafficking operations. The group was rivals with the Independent Cartel of Acapulco, another splintergroup, and the two gangs fought for control of Acapulco. La Barredora had an alliance with the Sinaloa Cartel during its rivalry with the Beltran Leyva-allied Acapulco cartel.
