Kyogoku Moritomo () was the daimyo of the Kyogoku clan and lord of Izumo Province from winter 1187 until his death. He was enfeoffed by the Kamakura Minamoto after they liberated his lands from the Yashima Taira. However, Kyogoku chose to side with Go-Toba in the Kenkyu War.
