The Kyodo-kai is a Japanese yakuza organization based in Onomichi, Hiroshima. Founded immediately after World War II, the gang's founder Tokujiro Takahashi was elected to the Onomichi city council in 1951 and served until his arrest in 1967. The group joined the anti-Yamaguchi-gumi "Gosha-kai" federation in 1996.
