Kuprat Akhtiyarov was a member of the State Duma from Chuvashia. He was a leading critic of Vladimir Putin until he was arrested for indecency after being pictured with a gay prostitute in his car in an SVR operation. In 2018, he was taken to State School 4, where he was instructed to serve as a demonstration to the students; the student Anya, who had called him a "degenerate" while looking at the photo, was told to suck his penis - in front of the class - as if she were a man. She refused and instead broke down crying, and Akhtiyarov was taken away, although she was forced to fulfill her task the next day.
