
Kubatbek Boronov (born 15 December 1964) was Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan from 17 June to 6 October 2020, succeeding Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev and preceding Sadyr Japarov.
Biography[]
Kubatbek Boronov was born in Uzgen, Kirghiz SSR, Soviet Union in 1964, and he worked on a socialist state farm, served in the Soviet Army from 1983 to 1985, worked in business, and went on to serve as Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan from June to October 2020. He resigned amid the 2020 Kyrgyzstan protests, and he was replaced by Sadyr Japarov.
