
Konstantin V. Kilimnik (1970-) was a Russian political consultant who had ties to Donald Trump's campaign manager Paul Manafort during the 2016 presidential election. On 8 June 2018, he was indicted on charges of obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice due to his promises of giving political synergy to Trump's campaign in exchange for favors.

Konstantin Kilimnik was born in Kriviy Rikh, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union in 1970, and he served as a Soviet Army translator before obtaining Russian citizenship upon the Dissolution of the Soviet Union. He became a GRU agent under the nickname "Kostya", and he became an employee of Paul Manafort's consulting firm in 2005. The firm helped Viktor Yanukovych win the presidency in 2010, and Kilimnik was an important Russian link with Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign, promising political synergy to Trump. On 8 June 2018, he was indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller on charges of obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice.
