Kobayakawa Nakaki (died Spring 1188) was the daimyo of the Kobayakawa clan during the Gempei Wars. Nakaki was loyal to the Taira clan due to his blood ties and was hostile to the Kamakura Minamoto. He defeated an invasion of Bizen Province by the Minamoto in 1187, but was slain along with his son Komai Naonobu and general Yoshida Yoshikane. He was succeeded by Kobayakawa Taneyoshi.
