Klaas Teller (born 1972 - died 2000) was a Dutch private investigator, hired by mayor of Rotterdam, Ivo Opstelten, to retrieve alleged blackmail photographs that shown Opstelten engaging in sex with a prostitute from the Flaming Windmills motorcycle gang - however, he was captured and tortured by the gang. Teller was assassinated by Agent 47 in order to tie up loose ends.

Klaas Teller was born in 1972 in Netherlands, and became a private investigator once he reach adulthood.
Death[]
Ivo Opstelten, after receiving a blackmail threat from the head of the biker gang, hired Klaas, a private investigator, and sent him undercover to keep tabs on the gang and retrieve the incriminating photos the gang holds as blackmail against Opstelten. However, at some point, his cover was blown, and the gang had him chained up in the basement of the gang hideout, being subjected to electroshock torture. Opstelten's close staff believed that he had failed, and wanted to tie up loose ends, and sent Agent 47 to assassinate him. 47 arrived in the basement area of the compound and assassinated Teller.
