Kishu Yukifuji (1833-July 1867) was a Japanese daimyo and the ruler of the pro-Shogunate Wakayama Domain from June to July 1867, succeeding Ota Shigetsune. Yukifuji inherited a domain which had been militarily shattered at the Battles of Matsusaka and Kihoku that summer, and he was confined to defending his homeland of Kii Province from the Choshu Domain and Takatori Domain. He was killed in a failed sortie against a Choshu army which was besieging Wakayama in July 1867, foolishly charging out of Wakayama with just his bodyguards and facing a larger force of Choshu riflemen. He was succeeded by Kishu Tadaoki.
