Biography[]
Kirk Marshall was a colonel in the United States Army, and during World War III he was given command of the US troops stationed in the capital city of Washington DC. In August 2016, the Russian Army assaulted the city in what became the Battle of Washington DC, with the Russians taking over much of the city. However, after an EMP took out most of the Russian Army's helicopters and vehicles, Marshall led a counterattack to recapture the White House, a stroke that won the battle. This was the turning point of the war, as the Russians were now pushed back on the East Coast.
