Kinji Mura (1978-) was a Japanese street criminal who was affiliated with the "16-Bit" youth gang in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 2000s. At around midnight on 18 December 2006, he and several other 16-Bit members were beaten down in a fight with the ex-yakuza Kazuma Kiryu and policewoman Kaoru Sayama.
