The Kings Arms pub bombing occurred on 7 November 1974 when the Provisional IRA threw a bomb into the window of the Kings Arms pub near the Woolwich docks in London, England. A Royal Artilleryman and a sales clerk were killed, while 28 people were injured. The bombing was yet another attack on mainland Britain by the IRA after they started this campaign in 1972.
