The Kingdom Assembly of Iran, better known as Tondar, is an Iranian monarchist terrorist organization which was founded in Los Angeles, California in 2003 by a group of Iranian nationalist exiles led by Frood Fouladvand. After Reza Pahlavi rejected Fouladvand's offer to head a royalist organization in exile, Fouladvand and ten other activists cofounded the "Royal Society of Iran" in 2003 and advocated the creation of a new royal dynasty to rule over a restored Iranian monarchy. Fouladvand disappeared in 2007, upon which Jamshid Sharmahd supposedly became the group's new leader. Tondar was responsible for a 2008 mosque bombing in Shiraz which killed 12 people and injured 2002, and the group also assassinated the Iranian nuclear scientist Masoud Alimohammadi and claimed that COVID-19 was a biological weapon invented by the Iranian government.
