Kim Chang-gyong () was an officer in the North Korean Association of Social Scientists in the DPRK.

Kim Chang-gyong was born in North Korea, and he became an officer in the North Korean Association of Social Scientists. He was interviewed in Alvaro Longoria's 2015 documentary "The Propaganda Game", and he discussed the "military first" policy of Songun with Longoria.
