Khan Saru "the Careless" of Cumania (1040-) was the Khan of Cumania from 1066, succeeding Khan Blush of Cumania.
Biography[]
Saru was born to a Tengri Cuman family, the son of Khan Blush of Cumania. When his father died on 1 January 1066, Saru succeeded him as the Khan of Cumania. Saru's reign was great for Cumania, as he succeeded in conquering Kimak, another tribe of Cumans. He became a rival of the Liao dynasty, as his power grew so far that he gained a border with the strong Khitan empire.
