Keyhan Hashemi (died 12 January 1981) was an Iranian Shia militant who was affiliated with Qasim Javadi's terror cell in Amsterdam, Netherlands during the Cold War. He was killed in a CIA Black Ops raid on Javadi's safehouse in 1981.
