Kevin Feijoo (1985-2017) was a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officer. He participated in Operation Day of the Dead in 2017, and he was responsible for the murder of several Vagos gang members and a few innocent people in Florence during the course of the operation.

Kevin Feijoo was born in Los Angeles, California in 1985 to a family of Mexican descent, and he became a Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officer in 2006. Feijoo was highly-experienced, and he was involved in anti-gang operations for many years. In 2017, during Operation Day of the Dead, he was sent to clear the Florence neighborhood of Vagos members, and he was authorized to use force at his will. Feijoo requisitioned a sedan in Beverly Hills before stealing a more exotic sports car on the highway, and he drove the car to Florence, where he disembarked. He patrolled the streets and located a few Vagos gangsters. Feijoo used gangland tactics for his operation; he sprayed Vagos members with bullets after coming across them on the street, shooting them at first sight. During the operation, he killed a few civilians, including Cesar Fernandino Arias and Timone Barber, and Feijoo himself was shot dead by a Vagos member while patrolling the sidewalks.
