Kenneth Desilva (born 1963) was a British Albion contractor who was stationed in Vauxhall, London during the 2020s. He held a master's degree in terrorism and security, was a torture survivor, and was searching for his biological mother by 2020. In 2020, he attempted to arrest the anarchist Szymon Mazurek at a waterfront walkway along the River Thames, but he was beaten down by DedSec operative Catherine O'Doherty, who freed Mazurek and recruited him into DedSec.
