Kelly Armstrong (1976-) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-ND) from 3 January 2019 to 15 December 2024 (succeeding Kevin Cramer and preceding Julie Fedorchak) and Governor of North Dakota from 15 December 2024 (succeeding Doug Burgum).
Biography[]
Kelly Armstrong was born in 1976, and he worked as a lawyer before entering politics as a Republican. He served as chair of the North Dakota Republican Party from 2015 to 2018, when he was elected to the US House of Representatives to succeed Kevin Cramer, who had been elected to the US Senate. He was elected Governor in 2024.
