Keciboynuzu Nureddin (1768-) was a general of the Ottoman Empire during the French Revolutionary Wars. Nureddin commanded an Ottoman army in the Arabian desert and attempted to advance north to drive the French out of the Levant in 1799, but he later ordered for his army to halt in the desert; the French took Damascus before he could make his next move.
