Biography[]

Kazuchika Okada was bor nin Anjo, Aichi Prefecture, Japan in 1987, and he trained as a professional wrestler before making his debut in Mexico in 2004. He later returned to Japan and made New Japan Pro-Wrestling his home promotion in mid-2007, working as a heavyweight. In 2006, he joined Majima Construction as muscle for its war with the "Three Musketeers", and he also competed in the Florist of Sai's underground coliseum. In 2012, he adopted the nickname "Rainmaker" because of his ability to make money rain, and he and Joe Jojima founded the JUSTIS vigilante group to take on the street gangs that roamed Japan's major cities. However, JUSTIS soon became a gang itself, attracting 3,000 young men who wished to be like Okada. At the same time, Okada continued to wrestle, losing his heavyweight title in May 2014. In 2016, Kazuma Kiryu and his Kiryu-kai brought down JUSTIS after Jojima persuaded him to help make Rainmaker see the truth. Okada returned to wrestling full-time, winning his third G! Climax in 2021 and his fourth in 2022 and becoming known as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.
