Kate Gibbs (1987-) was a Republican Burlington County Freeholder from 2016 to 2019 and candidate for the US House of Representatives in 2020. She had several run-ins with the law and a history of lawsuits over unpaid rent before entering politics, and, in 2020, she ran for NJ-3 against Democratic incumbent Andy Kim. However, she lost the primary to David Richter by a margin of 38.9% to 61.1%.
