Kasim Muteferrika (1668-) was a Turkish politician who served as Vizier for the Army from 1703 until his death under the Ottoman Empire.
Biography[]
Muteferrika was born in the city of Sivas, and became a politician under the reign of Mustafa II of Turkey. Muteferrika became a candidate for government positions and in 1703 was made the Vizier for the Army, as he was a bon vivant and a tactician.
