Karl-Wilhelm von Schlieben (30 October 1894 – 18 June 1964) was a Generalleutnant of the German Wehrmacht during World War II.

Karl-Wilhelm von Schlieben was born on 30 October 1894 in Eisenach, Thuringia, German Empire, and he commanded an infantry company during World War I. During the Interwar period, Von Schlieben rose in the ranks of Nazi Germany's military, and he commanded a regiment of the 1st Panzer Division in 1940 during the invasion of France. He also served on the eastern front against the Soviet Union, and his 18th Panzer Division suffered very heavy losses at the 1943 Battle of Kursk. In October 1943, he was sent to the reserves, but he was later dispatched to France to command the German 709th Static Infantry Division. On 23 June 1944, he became the commandant of Cherbourg on the Cotentin Peninsula, and he surrendered the city to the US Army on 26 June. He was imprisoned until October 1947, and he died in Giessen in 1964 at the age of 69.
