Karen Grove was a British Metropolitan Police Service explosives officer. On 1 October 2018, she was called in to handle a suicide bombing attempt aboard a London-bound train which had been stopped at the derelict Barnet Shed train depot, and she successfull defused the would-be bomber Nadia Ali's suicide vest.
