Kanzo Yamamoto (died 1582) was a Takeda retainer and young general, who was killed in the Battle of Nagashino.
Biography[]
Kanzo was the son of great warrior Kansuke Yamamoto, who fell at the Battle of Kawanakajima, and followed in his footsteps as a Takeda general, serving under Katsuyori Takeda, Shingen Takeda's son and heir. Kanzo took part in the cavalry charge at the battle for Nagashino Castle, and was killed.
