Kanzaburo Kugimiya (born 1952) was a Japanese yakuza criminal affiliated with the Kazama-gumi family of the Tojo-kai during the 2000s. He had family in the Chubu region, and he favored Kazama as the prospective new chairman of the Tojo-kai after Masaru Sera's assassination in 2005. In a discussion with a disguised Kazuma Kiryu at Sera's funeral in Tokyo, Kugimiya agreed that Kazama should take over the clan, but said that Kazama would not accept so easily.
