Kagetoki Konno (born 1955) was a Japanese yakuza enforcer who was affiliated with the Kijin-kai subsidiary of the Omi Alliance in Osaka during the 1980s. On 17 December 1988, he, Keita Nishio, and Tokutomi Adachi were confronted by Goro Majima at the Kijin clan's office in Dotonbori, and, when they refused to talk to him about the whereabouts of Makoto Makimura, Makoto beat them down in a brawl and interrogated Konno. Konno revealed that their boss Homare Nishitani had told them nothing about Makimura, and suggested that Majima locate Nishitani and ask their boss himself. Majima then berated Konno for having loose lips, and he then beat him down.
