Junior Taylor (1835-) was an American man who lived in North Carolina during the 1860s. In October 1864, he hosted the deserter William P. Inman and the defrocked preacher Solomon Veasey at his home, where he, the two men, Taylor's wife, and the wife's three female friends got drunk and engaged in orgiastic revelry. Taylor took advantage of the merriment to alert the Confederate Home Guard officer Hank Templeton to the presence of the deserters, resulting in their capture.
