Jumana Mathure (1699-) was an armchair general of the Maratha Confederacy.
Biography[]
Jumana Mathure was born in 1699 in Cuttack, Orissa & Circars, a province of the Mughal Empire (present-day India). Mathure became a scholar of the Maratha Confederacy in 1736 at the age of 37 and aided in the advance of their technology.
