Julian K. Gaughan

Julian K. Gaughan was an Admiral of the US Navy and member of the Joint Chiefs during the 1950s. In 1959, he, General Jack Higgs of the US Air Force, and Commandant Richard B. Retchless of the US Marine Corps walked out of a meeting with US Army General Dick Armquist suggested - on behalf of Majestic leader Silhouette - that each of them put their military branches under the command of Majestic.
