
Juan Pablo Llinas (8 December 1903-19 May 1982) was the Colombian Conservative Party Mayor of Bogota from 11 January to 5 June 1945 (succeeding Gabriel Paredes Gomez and preceding Ramon Munoz Toledo) and from 12 October 1958 to 23 August 1961 (succeeding Fernando Mazuera Villegas and preceding Jorge Gaitan Cortes).
Biography[]
Juan Pablo Llinas Olarte was born in Sabanalarga, Colombia in 1903, and he worked as a physician before entering politics. He served as Mayor of Bogota in 1945 and from 1958 to 1961, and he also served as ambassador to Switzerland, Germany, the United Nations, and Egypt. He died in 1982.
