
Juan de Borja Lanzol de Romaní, el menor (1470-17 January 1500), also known as Juan Borgia Lanzol, was a Cardinal of the Catholic Church and a member of the Borgia family. He was one of several cardinal-nephews appointed by Pope Alexander VI, and he served as a Papal governor and general during the Italian Wars. Lanzol died in 1500 while commanding troops at Fossombrone, having set out from Rome to congratulate his cousin Cesare Borgia on his victory at Forli.

Juan Borgia Lanzol was born in Valencia, Aragon in 1470, the son of Jofre de Borja Lanzol; he was the great-grand-nephew of Pope Callixtus III and the grand-nephew of Pope Alexander VI. In 1481, he became a canon of the cathedral chapter of Valencia Cathedral, and his grand-uncle made him Governor of Spoleto in 1494 and a protonotary apostolic. From 1494 to 1498, he served as Bishop of Melfi, and he became Governor of Perugia in 1495 and nuncio to Naples. In 1496, he was promoted to the metropolitan see of Capua. His grand-uncle made him a Cardinal-Deacon in the consistory on 19 February 1496 as deacon of Santa Maria in Via Lata, and he lived with the Pope in the Apostolic Palace as his vicar. In December 1498, he pacified the rebellious city of Viterbo, and he became apostolic administrator of the metropolitan see of Valencia and papal legate to Bologna in 1499. He died of fever in 1500 while commanding troops at Fossombrone.
