
Joshua Cushman (11 April 1761-27 January 1834) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-MA 19) from 4 March 1819 to 3 March 1821 (succeeding Joshua Gage), from ME-6 from 4 March 1821 to 3 March 1823 (preceding Peleg Sprague), and from ME-4 from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825 (succeeding William D. Williamson and preceding Jeremiah O'Brien). Born in Halifax, Massachusetts, he served in the Continental Army before becoming a pastor in Winslow, Maine, serving in the state legislature, and serving in Congress.
