Joshua Adams Lowell (20 March 1801-13 March 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-ME 7) from 4 March 1839 to 3 March 1843, succeeding Joseph C. Noyes and preceding Shepard Cary. Born in Thomaston, he practiced law in East Machias before serving in Congress.
