
Joseph Fry Jr. (4 August 1781-15 August 1860) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 7) from 4 March 1827 to 3 March 1831, preceding Henry A.P. Muhlenberg. Born in Upper Saucon Township, he worked as a merchant in Coopersburg before serving in the state house from 1816 to 1817, in the state senate from 1817 to 1821, and in Congress.
