Joseph Buffum Jr. (23 September 1784-24 February 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-NH 4) from 4 March 1819 to 3 March 1821, succeeding Clement Storer and preceding Josiah Butler. Born in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, he practiced law in Westmoreland and Keene, New Hampshire before entering politics.
