Joseph Bouck (22 July 1788-30 March 1858) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-NY 12) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1833, succeeding Peter I. Borst and preceding Henry C. Martindale. Born in Fultonham, he farmed before serving as a turnpike inspector and in Congress.
