Joseph Barker (19 October 1751 – 5 July 1815) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-MA 7) from 4 March 1805 to 3 March 1809, succeeding Nahum Mitchell and preceding William Baylies.

Biography[]

Joseph Barker was born in Branford, Connecticut in 1751, and he became a Congregationalist pastor in Middleboro in 1781. He went on to serve in the US House of Representatives from 1805 to 1809, and he died in 1815.
