
Joseph Biles Anthony (19 June 1795-10 January 1851) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 16) from 4 March 1833 to 3 March 1837, succeeding Harmar Denny and John Gilmore and preceding Robert Hanna Hammond. Born in Philadelphia, he practiced law before serving in the state senate from 1830 to 1833 and in Congress.
