Biography[]

Childhood[]

Jorge Santiago Franco Bueno was born in 1965 in Santiago, Chile to Jorge Alejandro Franco Muñoz and Maria Bueno Silva, and he grew up during Eduardo Frei Montalva presidency, when Chile was slowly starting to make real progress as a country and society. Jorge's father was a spy and informant for the USSR, and was often visited by KGB agents, with whom he talked in Russian about his progress - many of such conversations were often overheard by Jorge himself. The stress from this relationship often caused Jorge's father to turn to bottle to cope, which often caused him to get into an alcohol-induced rage, which often ended up with him assaulting his family. As such, Jorge and his siblings learned to stay away from the house when Jorge Senior was in one of his "moods".

When Augusto Pinochet took over the Chile in 1973, violence came with him - as the Pinochet regime had ties with the CIA, they often helped the latter with weeding out Russian spies. Jorge Franco Senior vanished without a trace one evening in 1976 and two weeks later, young Jorge and his siblings were crossing the border into Argentina. Maria Bueno had secured her family safe trip to the United States by providing the American government with all the information she had overheard her husband sharing with the Russians that frequented their home.

Life in US and Return to Chile[]

Upon arriving in the US, Franco family settled in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At some point, Jorge Franco completed his primary education, and started to attend the University of Minneapolis in 1983, eventually graduating a few years later with a degree in natural science with a chemistry focus. Upon graduating, Jorge got a job as a chemistry and physics teacher in a local school, and married a unknown woman with whom he had a child. Jorge taught at that high school for many years, while at the same time building an unhealthy gambling addiction via playing in underground casinos.

Around the time that Augusto Pinochet was removed from power in 1990, Jorge decided that it was high time to go back to Chile and re-discover his roots, as his mother had passed away a few years earlier anyway, and he never really found the US to be a suitable home. Plus, he owned a substantial amount of money to a local gangster due to his gambling habits. This prompted Franco to simply flee the country in early 1990's, leaving his wife and child to fend for themselves.

Work for the Delgado Cartel[]

Upon arriving in Chile, Jorge wasn't able to discover what happened to his father, but he did manage to strike up a friendly relationship with various shady individuals - one of these being Fernando X. Delgado, a wine maker of small repute, owner of Colchagua Valley vineyard, an amateur cello player, and a known drug manufacturer, known for often lending money to people in exchange for favors. Upon learning that Franco was a gifted chemist, Delgado told him that, in exchange for his service as a chemist, Delgado would pay off any debt that Franco had. Franco agreed and from then on became the chief chemist for the Delgado Cartel. Taking a liking to his "profession", Franco stayed with the Delgados until 2004, when Fernando Delgado and his son Manuel were assassinated by Agent 47, and the Delgado Cartel had collapsed due to in-fighting. Fearing for his life and suffering from severe PTSD, Franco went into hiding. It wasn't until a few years later in the 2010's, when Fernando Delgado's young nephew Rico, found him and brought him to Colombia. However, Franco wasn't quite the same as before.

From then on, Franco had been working with Rico Delgado and his partner Andrea Martínez for more than a decade, having developed several new brands of cocaine for a new market and is considered a full partner in the Delgado Cartel. However, he started suffers from the occasional lapses into gambling, but managed to turn his focus more and more on running the manufacturing part of the business.

Death[]

In July of 2020, Agent 47 was dispatched to Santa Fortuna, Colombia by the International Contract Agency in order to stop the Delgado Cartel in order to prevent the Shadow Client's Milita from using their distribution network to move around the world. Upon arriving in Santa Fortuna, 47 quickly set about to competing this mission, and assassinated Franco by pushing him into the cocaine-manufacturing machine the he was using.
